REGIONAL SALES & BROKER MANAGER - Southeast

Reports to: General Manager 

Salary: $120K - $150K 

Bonus: uncapped performance bonus based on sales growth

Job Description:

 Responsible for continued business development of existing Retail Dairy and Prepared Foods business in the Southeastern market. 

 Accountable for year-over-year sales growth

• Work with a network of brokers, distributors, and retail customers to establish sales goals, develop business plans, and execute promotional strategies, including expanded distribution of existing products, new item placements, and effective promotional programs

 Work collaboratively with brokers and customer to achieve goals

Qualifications:

 BS/BA – Sales, Marketing, or related (culinary field a plus) preferred

 3-5 years sales experience in the food industry and/or culinary experience

 Experience with prior sales in the Retail Dairy category
